Photography: Any person who attends an MPhA event grants permission to MPhA, its employees, and agents (collectively “MPhA”) to record their visual/ audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound, or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use their name and such images for any purpose of MPhA, including advertisements for MPhA and its programs.

Conference Registration Refunds: Registration is non-refundable.

If an emergency should arise, MPhA will accept and review written requests for refunds at info@mspharm.org up to two weeks before the start of the conference.
