Photography: Any person who attends a MPhA event grants permission to MPhA, its employees, and agents (collectively “MPhA”) to record his or her visual/ audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound, or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of MPhA, including advertisements for MPhA and its programs.

Conference Registration Refunds: Registration is non-refundable. If an emergency should arise, MPhA will accept and review written requests for refunds at info@mspharm.org up to 2 weeks in advance of the start of the conference.
